Denise Dukette

Denise Dukette- Director – has more than 35 years’ experience in banking working for a variety of community and commercial banks in Massachusetts and Connecticut.  She has worked in credit administration managing credit departments and establishing credit training programs; loan review; management reporting and risk management; ALLL; loan operations; and compliance.  She has also been a commercial lender, working in small business, factoring, ABL and C&I areas.  She has also worked in the economic development arena, working with New Markets Tax Credits and financing of small and emerging businesses, including small and emerging agricultural ventures.  Her BA in Economics is from Wheaton College, and her MBA is from the University of Connecticut.
